Conquering a city
Every country has four cities (the Netherlands for example Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht). You start an operation on a city: scout, pick an approach and execute. Bigger cities cost more stake and have a lower chance. If it works you become the city owner and earn daily cash.
Becoming Land Owner
If you own the most cities in a country, you are the Land Owner. There is only ever one. You set a country law, receive a toll on every flight to that country (see the airport) and enjoy the country bonus. Everything is paid out in cash, never diamonds or VIP.
Defending
A rival family can take your cities. With Shadow Ops you raise your family's protection. Land Owner counts towards achievements, daily tasks and tournaments.
