The bank (bottom Extra) is your safe. The main difference is whether your ability survives: Cash in bag can (partly) be taken if you become murdered or robbed, but money in the bank is safe. Those who move their cash smartly remain rich; those who leave their fortune in their pockets are a running cash register for murderers and robbers.

How the bank works

You move money freely between your cash in your pocket and your bank account, no charge. Dump and record as often as you like. The rule of thumb is simple: Just hold on to what you need right now for your next actions (betting, buying, placing) and park the rest on the couch where no one can access.

Timing is everything

The difference between staying rich and losing everything is often in a few seconds. After a big job robbery, a big casino profit or a sold cargo... you suddenly have a lot of cash in your pocket.
