Route 66: big family operations with preparation and four rounds
How Route 66 works: several operations at once, up to 30 people, preparation in stations, four rounds, MVP and loot split.
In this article
Route 66 is the family heist of BELLOCCO. It is no longer a job for four people: your whole family can take part, even when not everyone is online at the same time. You find it in the right menu under your family (Robbery, Route 66).
Setting up operations
- Every member can set up an operation: pick a job and your own role.
- A family can run up to 3 operations at once, each with its own crew. You are in one operation at a time.
- Bigger jobs take more people: gas station up to 8, armored car up to 16 and bank heist up to 30.
- Every role has several slots. On the operation card you see the slots per role; a + means you can join.
Preparing: four stations
| Role | Station | Benefit of a full station |
|---|---|---|
| Safecracker | Break-in | Higher success chance |
| Muscle | Weapons | More loot |
| Lookout | Recon | Lower arrest risk and a shorter rest time |
| Driver | Getaway | Lower risk and a shorter sentence when arrested |
As a member of an operation you can press Prepare every 10 minutes. You then work on the station of your role. The more power you have, the more points you deliver. Nobody can fill a station alone: you deliver at most half of what the station needs, so you need others in the same role. It works asynchronously: everyone does their part whenever they are online.
The execution: four rounds
The creator (or boss, underboss or right hand) runs the operation as soon as at least 2 people are free. The operation runs in four rounds:
- Recon (lookout)
- Break-in (safecracker)
- Grab loot (muscle)
- Escape (driver)
Each round has its own chance, depending on the station, the crew and the power. A role nobody filled is a weak link. On the operation card you see the chance per round live.
- Pass every round and you get the full loot.
- Fail at Grab loot and you keep 35% of the loot.
- Fail at Escape and you keep 60% of the loot.
- Fail earlier and there is no loot.
Chance, loot and split
- A bigger crew, more power, more crackers, all four roles filled and good preparation raise your chance.
- A big crew gives extra loot above 4 people, so your share stays fair.
- Part of the loot (20% by default) goes to the family bank. The rest is split: whoever prepared more gets a bigger share.
- The MVP (whoever prepared the most) gets an extra bonus from the family vault share.
When it goes wrong
On a failed round every crew member separately risks being arrested and ending up in prison. Good recon and a driver lower that risk. The further you get in the operation, the lower the arrest chance.
Rest time
After an operation only you rest (30 minutes by default, shorter with a lookout). Other members can immediately set up a new crew or join one. An operation that hangs for 24 hours without being run is cleaned up.
History
On the History tab you see all finished operations with the four rounds as green, red or grey icons.
