Estate: Build Your Empire from Hideout to The Empire
One Estate per player, ten tiers, rooms with real in-game effects, happiness that boosts your training, a vault, staff, your own poker table and exclusive titles.

The Estate is your home base in BELLOCCO: every player gets one Estate and builds it up through ten tiers, from a modest Hideout all the way to The Empire. Every room you build has a real effect in the game, your staff work for you, your vault keeps your money safe, and players who reach the top earn a title next to their name. You find it under My Empire → Estate.
How it works
You start with the Hideout (€500,000). Each next tier is bought under Expand. You never trade in: tiers are permanent. Every tier unlocks new rooms at level 1, raises your base happiness and costs more daily upkeep. Rooms have five levels: level 1 comes free with the tier, while levels 2 to 5 cost 5, 10, 20 and 40 percent of the price of the tier that unlocked the room.

Rooms and their effects
- Gym: +2% training gains per level when you train.
- Security: +2% defence against muggings in the Fight Cage per level; lets you hire guards (+3% per guard).
- Medical wing: 5% hospital discount per level; lets you hire doctors (+15% per doctor, up to 50% combined).
- Office: 5% shorter jail time per level; lets you hire a lawyer (+25%, up to 50% combined).
- Panic room: +2% chance per level to dodge a murder attempt.
- Vault: stores from €10 million (level 1) up to €100 billion (level 5). See below.
- Game room: open your own poker table in the poker lobby; the room level sets the maximum blinds and seats.
- Crime room: 1% shorter cooldown between crimes per level.
- Hangar: 5% faster flights per level; lets you hire a pilot (+20%).
- Garage showcase and Trophy hall: show off your most expensive cars, achievements and poker wins on your profile.
- Executive suite, Throne room, Empire hall: pure status and a big boost to happiness.
Happiness and training
Your Estate has a maximum happiness that rises with every tier, room and staff member. Happiness refills to that maximum within 12 hours. The higher your happiness, the more each training session gives you: your gains are multiplied by 1 + happiness/2000. With 3,000 happiness, a player trains 2.5 times as fast.
Vault versus bank
The bank pays interest and the vault does not. In return, a full vault gives extra happiness (up to +40 per vault level, depending on how full it is), the vault automatically pays your upkeep when you run out of cash, and the money inside can never be stolen.
Staff
Maids and butlers raise your happiness; guards, doctors, a lawyer and a pilot strengthen a room. Wages are paid automatically every day from your cash, or from your vault if your cash runs dry. If there is nothing to pay with, the amount stays outstanding: your happiness drops to a maximum of 100 and all effects are switched off until you pay. You never go into debt.
Titles, badge and ranking
From tier 7 you get a title next to your name (Landlord, Magnate, Emperor, The Empire), and tier 10 adds a gold badge. The Richest estates ranking sorts players by the total amount they have invested. Selling returns 50% of the value plus the contents of your vault, but you lose everything else.
Frequently asked questions
Can I own more than one Estate?
No, it is one per player. You keep building instead of moving.
What happens if I cannot pay my upkeep?
Your vault pays first. If that is empty too, your effects are switched off until you pay. You never lose your Estate.
Can I open a poker table without a Game room?
No. Private tables are only available through the Game room (tier 5). The house tables and tournaments in the poker lobby are open to everyone.
