What is Fair Play and why does it exist?

The Fair Play system monitors fair play for example, it detects suspicious multi-account behavior (such as multiple accounts from the same address that favor each other) and blocks actions between those accounts where necessary.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Multiple accounts may exist from the same household, but should not unduly favour each other (for example by shifting money or loot between their own accounts). This is automatically detected and blocked.

What happens if I get caught cheating?

Depending on the severity, this can lead to a warning, temporary or permanent restriction of functions, or in severe cases an accountban.

How do I report to another player?

Via the Support page, you can submit a report with details of the suspected abuse.

Are my data kept safe?

Yes, personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

You can delete your account yourself permanently via Settings → Delete account (confirm with your password and REMOVAL the word). Your player data... including profile photos and related files........................................................................................................................ only your username remains permanently reserved so that no one else can claim it.

Why do I sometimes get a short puzzle (anti-bot control)?

To prevent bots and automatic clickers, the game can occasionally present a short puzzle in actions such as crimes, training or smuggling. When playing normally this rarely happens and you are through in a few seconds. VIP players are exempted from these controls.

Can I refuse cookies?

Yes, on your first visit, you can choose which non-essential cookies you allow via the cookie banner.
