Is BELLOCCO really free to play?

Yes, completely. Signing up, playing and all core features are free and will stay that way. There is an optional Bellocco Shop with diamonds, VIP and packs for players who want to grow faster, but none of it is required to play.

Do I need a credit card or a download?

No. BELLOCCO is a browser game: you play right in your browser on PC, tablet or phone (iPhone included), without installing anything. Signing up only takes a username, email address and password. On Android you can also use the free app from Google Play, with the same account.

How old do I need to be to play?

You must be 18 or older to create an account, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Can I log in with Google, Facebook or Discord?

Yes. Besides the regular sign-up with email and password, you can log in with Google, Facebook or Discord: your account is then automatically linked to that platform.

What are the first steps I should take?

First, choose a criminal name when you sign up. Then you can commit crimes right away for your first money and experience, visit the Gym to get stronger, and start or join a family for protection and teamwork.

What is HEAT and why does it go up?

HEAT is the amount of attention the police are paying to you. It rises with criminal activity and drops by itself over time. The higher your HEAT, the bigger the chance you get caught, so manage it carefully.

I forgot my password, what now?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Can I change my username?

Yes, yourself, via Settings → Username & email. A name change costs 10 diamonds, and your old name is then permanently reserved so nobody else can ever claim it. You can also change your email address there: that's free, and the change only takes effect after you click the confirmation link sent to your new address.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Via Settings → Delete account you permanently delete your account yourself: you confirm with your password and by typing VERWIJDEREN. This cannot be undone: everything is erased and your username stays permanently reserved.

What happens if I die in the game?

When you die (for example shot dead in a murder attempt, or succumbing to your wounds), you lose part of your cash, bullets and drug stock and you're "out of action" for a few minutes: after that you automatically respawn with full health. Your bank balance stays completely safe by default, whatever happens, which is why opening a bank account is a smart move.

Is there a mobile app?

On Android there is a free BELLOCCO app on Google Play that uses the same account. There is no iOS app, but you don't need one: the site is fully mobile-friendly and works in any modern browser on your iPhone or other phone, just like on desktop.
