Frequently asked questions

How do I create a family?

Through the Family menu, if you are not yet a member, you can set up your own family or apply to an existing family. As a founder, you automatically become the leader.

What are the benefits of a family?

Families offer protection, joint jobs (organised crime), donation systems to support each other, and the opportunity to conquer and defend together territory and spots on the map.

How does a family war work?

A family can declare war on another family. Any successful attack by a member on a member of the enemy family counts as one point; The first family to get the set number of points (standard 10), wins the war immediately and gets a respect bonus for the whole family.

What is the map / Underworld map?

The map shows spots throughout the city that players and families can buy, build, defend with walls and repairers, or bomb and take over a rival.

Can I change family?

Yes, you can leave your current family at any time and apply to another, or to set up a new one yourself, even if an ongoing war or obligation within your family can influence this.

What happens if my family is dissolved?

On dissolution, all members lose their membership and any family-related assets (such as conquered territory) lapse back to neutral.

How do I defend my spots on the map?

By using repairers after damaging, building or strengthening walls (which act as HP shield), and by having sufficient active family members who can respond to attacks.

What is Organised Crime (OC)?

These are bigger jobs that you do together with your crew (mostly family members) for a shared, often larger loot than a normal crime alone would.
