Game Rules

Article 1: Fiction and fair play

1.1 BELLOCCO is a fictional mafia game. All “crimes”, fights and gambling games are part of the game and have no connection to the real world.

1.2 Play fair: your success should come from playing smart, not from abusing the system or other players.

Article 2: One account per person

2.1 You play with one account.

2.2 Multiple accounts (“multi-accounts”) used to gain an advantage: such as robbing yourself, funneling money or items, or stacking actions/votes: are forbidden.

2.3 Sharing, lending or transferring accounts is not allowed. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2.4 Do you play with multiple people on one network or device (e.g. housemates)? Report this to staff in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Article 3: No bots, scripts or exploits

3.1 Automated play using bots, macros or scripts is not allowed.

3.2 Abusing bugs or exploits is forbidden. Found a bug? Report it instead of exploiting it: we appreciate that.

3.3 Attacking, overloading or bypassing the security of the Service is forbidden and may be a criminal offense.

Article 4: No trading for real money

4.1 Virtual items, cash, diamonds and accounts have no real monetary value.

4.2 Buying, selling or trading them for real money (real-money trading) is forbidden.

4.3 Premium benefits may only be purchased through the official in-game route.

Article 5: Respect for each other

5.1 No threats, intimidation, bullying, discrimination or hate speech: not in chat, the forum, names, profiles or messages.

5.2 No spam, unsolicited advertising, or sharing shocking, illegal or explicit content.

5.3 In-game rivalry is part of the fun; personal attacks outside the game are not.

Article 6: Names and profile content

6.1 Do not choose a username or profile content that is offensive, misleading, infringing or unlawful, or that impersonates staff.

6.2 We may edit or remove inappropriate names or profile content.

Article 7: Staff and instructions

7.1 You follow staff instructions. Staff act in good faith in the interest of fair play.

7.2 Abusing staff, scamming, or impersonating staff is not allowed.

Article 8: Enforcement and sanctions

8.1 In case of violations, staff may take measures. Depending on the severity and recurrence, this may be:

• 8.1.a a warning;
• 8.1.b rolling back or removing progress or items;
• 8.1.c a temporary suspension (temporary ban);
• 8.1.d a permanent ban of the account, username, device or IP address.

8.2 Measures are taken without any right to compensation for purchased or earned items.

8.3 In case of serious or repeated violations, staff may immediately impose a more severe measure.

Article 9: Objecting to a measure

9.1 Do you disagree with a measure? You can report this with reasons via the contact page. Staff will review your objection again; the final decision rests with us.

Article 10: Report violations

10.1 Do you see cheating, abuse or inappropriate behavior? Report it via the contact page with as much detail as possible. Together we keep BELLOCCO fair and fun.

Article 11: Changes

11.1 We may amend these Game Rules. The current version is always available on this page; important changes will be announced via the website.
