Tracking players, placing premiums and the bounty hunt.

• Bounty hunting and the bounty listPut a prize on the head of a rival or hunt down the city's most wanted heads. Whoever finishes the job, intches the whole pot.
• Bounty listThe premium list is the Most-Wanted of the underworld: Put an anonymous stackable bounty on a head, or intuit him by liquidating your target.
• Detective: find any playerThe detective reveals which country your target is in: ±15 minutes research, then 60 minutes a valid trail. Follow multiple targets at once and strike immediately as soon as you are in the right country.
