The site loads slowly, what can I do?

Refresh the page once (Ctrl+F5 for a full reload without cache). If the problem insists, report it via Support so that the game team can investigate it.

Which browsers does BELLOCCO work on?

BELLOCCO works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) on both desktop and mobile — no special software or plug-in is required.

I don't get push notifications, how do I turn it on?

Push notifications should be explicitly allowed via your browser when requested, and can then be managed in your browser or system settings and in your Bellocco settings.

How do I report a bug?

Via the forum under "Bugs & Errors" or via the Support page — preferably mention what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.

Why is my balance/statistics not right after an action?

Most actions are processed directly, but some views (such as ranking lists) are updated periodically for performance — a short delay of several seconds to minutes is normal.

Is there a changelog or updates?

New features and changes are announced on the forum under "News & updates.".

How do I contact the game team?
