You can buy murder weapons, armor and aircraft on the Black Market and manage your Character inventory: Rest, repair and loadouts.

Weapons, armour, accessories and aircraft are all in the Character system. The old loose shops (murder weapons, murder protection and aircraft buying) no longer exist. Black Market.
Buying on the Black Market
On the Black Market you will find hundreds of items in every rarity (Common to Legendary) for all 8 gear slots, plus the complete aircraft catalogue. Mythic ★ items aren't for sale Boxes.
Rest & Maintenance
In your inventory You choose which murder weapon, armor and plane is active, and fix your worn items. A worn weapon shoots less hit and a worn armor protects less.
What's your gear doing?
Your active weapon determines your chance and damage to a assassination; Your armor gives avoidance and damage absorption. All 10 slots together count in the arena fight, and bonuses like Crime Success and Mugging Defense work throughout the game.
