Territorial & neighbourhood benefits — area is power
Having neighborhoods is one of the most powerful things your family can do. It's not just a passive cash flow for the joint fund — each district also gives a unique, lasting advantage for every member of your family, as long as you hold the area. This article explains it from a family perspective; for the exact conquering mechanism and spots within each neighborhood, see Map.
Area is power
You own and defend neighborhoods through the Folder — the real world map of BELLOCCO. Every neighborhood your family owns lived two things: a passive hourly income for the family bank, and a neighbourhood adoption that automatically pertains to each member.
23 unique benefits, no double
There are 23 neighborhoods, and each neighborhood gives exactly one advantage that comes from nowhere else — no two districts share the same system. Examples include a higher return in Redlight district, higher casino payouts, more booty in a corporate robbery, a higher chance to escape the cell yourself, or extra assault force in family fights. Each advantage is usually such a 6% strong. If you have multiple neighborhoods, all these benefits apply to the whole family at the same time.
View it through "Discovery & Benefits"
On the page Neighbourhoods & Benefits (/familie-wijken) — find in the game menu under your family — see in one overview:
- How much districts you family possess, and the maximum that you be allowed have (standard is there no maximum, unless the serverleiding there a sets).
- The total area income per hour for the family bank, plus the extra combat advantage (%) that yields your territory in battles.
- Any active adoption, with the exact bonus added.
- A list of all the neighborhoods you own, with land, advantage and income per neighborhood.
The district income is automatically credited to the family cash every full hour. If the family stays long without visiting, that income saves up to 48 hour — then the unused surplus is lost, so don't let it go too long.
Take or conquer a neighbourhood
Districts claim and conquer do you always via the Map self, not via this page, and can only through the boss or underboss (and not if you self is stuck in the cell). A unoccupied district take you direct and free in — no showdown, 100% chance, as long as you on the rol- and cooldown-eisen meets. A district that already of a other family is, conquer you via a showdown on basic of the added power of all members (the same formula if at family war): the defense of the houder counts also their walls along, and the success chance lies always between 10% and 90% — never guaranteed, also not with a enormous dominance. A district of a ally can you not conquer. After each attempt — succeeded or not — applies for the whole family a regrouping time of 30 minutes for you the again can try.
Why districts are more important than they seem
It's tempting to only look at hour incoming, but the real value is in the benefits. A district with a modest income but an advantage that fits perfectly to the playing style of your family is often much more valuable than the district with the highest income. Choose your goals strategically: which bonuses stringhen what you as a family do most?
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I claim or conquer a neighborhood?
Via the Folder — there you will find the world map with all the neighborhoods and the button to conquer or take in. Only the boss or underboss can start this.
Where do I see what benefits my family has?
Op de in-game pagina "Wijken & voordelen" (/familie-wijken), te vinden in het menu onder je familie.
Can two neighborhoods give the same advantage?
No, every neighborhood has a unique advantage. There are 23 districts and 23 different bonuses, each usually about 6% strong.

Not Default — a family can have unlimited quarters. The server line can set a maximum; If that is the case, then you can see it on the "Districts & Benefits" page next to the number you already own.
Is a conquest always a guarantee when I'm much stronger?
No. The success rate depends on the added power of both families (including the walls of the defender), but is always between 10% and 90% — a small risk of loss is thus always present.
