Family bank and donations

The family bank is the shared warhouse of your crew and the place where members of their mandatory donation. It is the financial heart of every strong family in BELLOCCO: without a well-stocked greenhouse no walls, no upgrades and no wars you can win. Those who play seriously to the top, learn to read as a ledger and use it as a motor under the growth of the whole family. Moreover, donations count for your performance and challenges, so depositing is worth double the effort.

Who sees what?

Not everyone has the same view of the greenhouse. That's conscious: too wide access to the money is asking for problems. The rights are therefore divided by role:

• Boss & Underboss see full Family bank with all tabs: the balance, deposit & withdraw, the donation statement and the ledger.
• Ordinary members see the page Donating family: only a donation field and their own donation obligation. The cash balance and the ledger remain hidden from them.

The main tabs

The management manages the greenhouse via a number of clear tabs, each with its own function:

• Deposit & Record deposit money in the cashier or, as boss or underboss, withdraw it. At the top, the balance and hourly income are off territory and taxes.
• Members' donations An overview per member: how much someone has donated this period, how much is required and how many are still open, with a clear status ( ✓ Complete or Open).
• Cash book Any transaction in a row: deposits, withdrawals, spoils of war, walls, proceeds of companies And more.

Mandatory donation

The boss below Manage Family → Settings one mandatory donation set: an amount that each member daily or Weekly Donate to the greenhouse. On the page Donating family sees each member exactly how much it still has to deposit to fulfil its duty, complete with a progress bar and a check icon Once the target is reached. Thus the family keeps a stable income flow and carries everyone honestly to. Nobody can ride on the effort of the rest endlessly.

What the greenhouse is for

The family bank finances the growth of your organization. From the cash you pay plants and walls, defense, energy and upgrades. The other way around, money flows: loot won out Wars and from the great Route 66 robbery ends up directly in the bank. The ledger shows every transaction: deposits, withdrawals, spoils of war, costs for walls and businesses and more. This way, the management keeps a complete view of the money flow.
