Territory and district perks

Neighbourhoods that your family owns provide passive income as well as a unique, permanent advantage for each member on.. see the overview through "Wives & Benefits" and conquer more area through the Map.

Having neighborhoods is one of the most powerful things your family can do. It's not just a passive cash flow for the joint greenhouse. Every neighborhood also gives a unique, lasting advantage For every member of your family, as long as you hold the area. This article explains it from a family perspective; for the exact conquering mechanism and spots within each neighborhood, see Map.

Area is power

You have and defend neighbourhoods through the Map The real world map of BELLOCCO. Each neighborhood your family owns yielded two things: a passive hourly income for the family bank, and a neighbourhood advantage which applies automatically to each member.

23 unique advantages, no double

There are 23 neighborhoods, and each neighborhood gives exactly one advantage that doesn't come from anywhere else. Examples are higher yields in the Redlight district, higher casino payouts, more loot in a corporate robbery, a higher chance to escape the cell yourself, or additional assault force in family fights. Each advantage is usually such 6% Strong. If you have multiple neighborhoods, all these benefits apply to the whole family at the same time.

View it through "Discovery & Benefits"

On the page Neighbourhoods & Benefits (/familie-wijken) In the game menu you can find under your family in one overview:

  • How many neighborhoods your family owns, and the maximum you may have. no maximum, unless the server line sets one).
  • The total area income per hour for the family bank, plus the extra combat advantage (%) that yields your territory in battles.
  • Any active advantage, with the exact bonus added.
  • A list of all the neighborhoods you own, with land, advantage and income per neighborhood.

The district income is automatically credited to the family cash every full hour. If the family stays long without visiting, that income saves maximum 48 hours on..................

Take or conquer a neighbourhood

You always claim and conquer neighborhoods through the Map itself, not via this page, and can only by the boss or underboss (and not if you're stuck in the cell yourself). One unoccupied neighborhood take you directly and for free in. No strength measurement, 100% chance, as long as you meet the role and cooldown requirements. A neighborhood that already has a Other family Is, by means of a test of strength based on the added power of all members (the same formula as for family war): the defence of the holder also counts their walls and the chances of success are always between 10% and 90% of GDP, not even with a huge preponderance. A district of a ally You can't conquer. After every attempt............................................... 30 minutes Before you can try again.

Why districts are more important than they seem

It's tempting to only look at hourly income, but the real value is in the benefits. A district with a modest income but an advantage that fits perfectly to the playing style of your family is often much more valuable than the district with the highest income. Choose your goals strategically: which bonuses strengthen what you as a family do most?
