Who sees what?
Not everyone has the same view of the greenhouse. That's conservative: too wide access to the money is asking for problems. The rights are there divided by role:
- Boss & Underboss see the full Family bank with all tabs: the balance, deposit & draw, the donation statement and the ledger.
- Regular members to see the page Family donate: only a donation field and their own donation obligation. The cash balance and the cash book stay for them hidden.
The main tabs
The management manages the greenhouse via a number of clear tabs, each with its own function:
