Fair play is what keeps BELLOCCO fun and honest. Everyone starts small and builds an empire through their own effort; that is the whole point of the game. Creating multiple accounts to hand yourself free advantages, also known as multi-accounting, undermines that fairness and is therefore not allowed. In this article we explain how the anti multi-account system works, exactly what it blocks, and what stays possible, even if you happen to play with housemates.
Anti multi-account: how does it work?
The system looks at your IP address, the unique number of your internet connection. Accounts that have ever used the same IP address are treated as possible "alts" (extra accounts) of each other. Between such accounts, the most important player-versus-player actions are blocked. This means you cannot set up a second account to feed yourself free cash, power or loot. It all comes down to one central fairness check that verifies whether two accounts are linked through the same IP before a PvP action is allowed.
What is blocked between alts
You cannot perform the following actions between accounts that count as each other's alts:
- Attacking: you cannot attack each other, so no cash or power loot can be funneled across.
- Murdering: you cannot kill each other, so no bounty or respect can be cashed in through your own alt.
- Robbing businesses: you cannot empty each other's business safe.
- Recruiting girls for someone else: you cannot funnel Red Light girls to an alt to give it an edge.
In short: anything you could use to shift value from one account to another is locked down.
What stays possible
The system only blocks abuse, not your fun. All of this stays fully open:
- All solo actions: committing crimes, trading drugs, gambling in the casino, training, managing businesses: everything you do on your own.
- PvP against other players who use a different IP: attacks, murders and robberies on real opponents remain allowed.
- Your accounts simply keep existing; a shared IP does not lead to an automatic ban. The system only switches off PvP between those accounts.
Shared Wi-Fi and housemates
Do you play with housemates, brothers, sisters or friends on the same Wi-Fi? That is perfectly fine: but because you play from the same IP, you cannot hit each other in PvP. That is not a punishment but a safety measure, so nobody can claim you are feeding each other loot. Staff can see these IP clusters and judge suspicious cases with common sense: real housemates are not punished, obvious alt setups are.
What is and is not allowed
The rules in short:
- One person, one account.
- No alts to benefit yourself: so no funneling of money, power, loot, bounties or girls.
- No sharing or selling accounts.
Violations can lead to a ban. Not sure whether something is allowed, for example because your brother plays on the same connection? Ask staff in advance by message; that prevents misunderstandings. Also keep strong account security, so nobody can misuse your account and get you into trouble by accident.
Anti-bot checks
Besides the multi-account checks, BELLOCCO has a light anti-bot check: very occasionally, during actions such as crimes, training at the Gym, the shooting range or smuggling, you will see a short puzzle before your action goes through. It is a fairness measure against bots and auto-clickers: not a punishment and not a suspicion. During normal play you rarely see it, it takes a few seconds to solve, and then you simply carry on. VIP players are fully exempt from these checks.
Frequently asked questions
Can I play together with my brother or housemate?
Yes, you can. You just cannot attack, murder or rob each other because you share the same IP. Every other part of the game stays open.
Will I be banned right away for a shared IP?
No. A shared IP does not lead to an automatic ban; the system only switches off PvP actions between those accounts. Bans are for people who deliberately break the rules.
What exactly is blocked between alts?
Attacking, murdering, robbing businesses and recruiting girls for someone else. Those are exactly the actions that could shift value from one account to another.
Can I still do everything solo?
Absolutely. Crimes, drugs, the casino, training and managing businesses all stay fully available. PvP against players with a different IP also remains allowed.
Why do I sometimes get a short puzzle (anti-bot check)?
To keep out bots and auto-clickers, the game may very occasionally show you a short puzzle during actions like crimes, training or smuggling. During normal play this rarely happens and you are through it in a few seconds. VIP players are exempt.
I am not sure my situation is allowed: what now?
Send staff a message and explain your situation. Asking in advance prevents misunderstandings and a possible ban later on.
Play fair and build your own empire. Play for free and prove on your own strength that you can rule the underworld.
