With Stealing vehicle (bottom Vehicles) try to steal a car off the street. The attempt itself doesn't cost money. You're just risking your shot. The success rate increases as your rank gets higher: An experienced player grabs more often than a new guy. If the attempt fails, your chances of a prison sentence run, so this is not risk-free. Between attempts there is also a short cooling time, so you can't reach endlessly.

What you catch is random. The loot runs from common street cars to extremely rare toppers. Every successful theft gives you a combination of rewards:

• XP With which you grow further in rank.
• Seasonal points counting for your progress in the current season.
• One chance of a tuning part that you can mount on a wagon later.

Rareness & value of rare cars

Vehicles are rare in common (simply) to legendary (legendary), with several intermediate levels. Each wagon has a corresponding catalog chassis value: The rarer the model, the higher the basic value is usually. A legendary topper is a find you don't throw away easily.

A golden rule of thumb: repair before selling a valuable car, because condition weighs in the price. However, in a cheap common-car repair is often wasted effort sales that are just like it is.
