Support, tickets & report
Do you run into a problem, do you have a question about the game, or do you want to report an annoying message or a player? That's what the Support system is for. You will always find it in the left menu under Support. It is the central place where you have direct contact with the BELLOCCOst staff, where it is aid, a malfunction or a report of error. A well-functioning support channel keeps the underworld habitable for everyone, so we recommend you use it when needed.
Open a ticket
On the Support page, open a new ticket. You start by choosing a subject-type, so that your notification goes straight to the correct handling:
- Question — a general question about the game or a function.
- Bug or problem — something doesn't work the way it should and you want it fixed.
- Report message — report an inappropriate private message to the staff.
- Report Player — report a player, for example in the case of swearing, threatening or cheating.
- Other — anything that doesn't fit in the other categories.
As soon as you send the ticket, the staff will be notified immediately. They react as quickly as possible in the same conversation, so that all communication remains in one place.
Report with one click
You don't always have to complete a ticket yourself. You can also report directly from where the problem occurs. In a received message is a button Reportingq, and on each player profile you will find the Report Player button. This opens a ticket that is automatically linked to that specific message or profile. That's how the staff sees what it's about, without you having to explain everything or make a screenshot.
Responses and notifications
Once the staff responds to your ticket, you get a notification — both a system message in the game and a push notification — and you see a badge at Support in the menu. You can keep responding as long as it takes to answer your question fully or to get your problem solved. Importer: a ticket never closes itself. You or the staff close it manually as soon as everything is done. Do you have a closed ticket and show up later? Then you just open a new ticket.
Honest and respectful
Use reports seriously and only when appropriate; False reporting doesn't help anyone. Play fair and respectful yourself — read more in safe play and rules. Do you simply not want to receive any more messages from a particular player, but is there nothing to report? Then you can also use block via your messages. For business around your account, it is smart to also keep track of your progress and poses.
