BELLOCCO is a free mafia browser game built around seasons. A season is a fair, clearly defined competition of roughly two months, each with its own theme that makes the game play a little differently every time. Every new season, the race for the top starts with a clean slate: whether you topped the charts last season or just joined, everyone begins the season rankings at zero. That is exactly what keeps every season exciting and gives new players a real shot at the top.

What is a season?

A season is the natural rhythm of the whole game. During that period you build your empire: you commit crimes, close drug deals, run businesses, join a family and climb the rankings. At the end, the standings are frozen, the champions are immortalized and a new competition begins. This cycle keeps the competition healthy: nobody can build an unbeatable lead in the season rankings that lasts for months.

What resets and what stays

At the end of a season, only the competition itself starts over. These are reset to zero:

• The season rankings
• Your season points
• Your Battlepass progress for that season
• The season standings of every category

Everything else is kept: your account, your money, your ranks, your possessions, your family, your diamonds, your Premium/VIP status, your earned badges and your place in the Hall of Fame. You never lose what you built, while the race for the season title starts fair every time.

Themed seasons

There is a long series of more than 100 preset themed seasons that rotate (such as The Beginning, Crime Wave, Drug War, Blood Moon, Street King and Gold Rush) and then start over from the top. Every theme comes with its own bonus that shapes your strategy, for example extra drug profits or bigger crime loot. A drug theme rewards smugglers and producers; a combat theme rewards whoever rules the streets. Adapt your play style to the theme and you get far more out of those two months.

Season points and the Battlepass

Become season champion

At the end of every season the rankings are frozen. In each category (such as Richest, Killing Machine, Drug Lord and Strongest) the top 3 receive diamonds, and in the Overall Position, the title of best all-round player, the top 15 players are rewarded with cash and diamonds. • Pick a focus early that matches the season theme and its bonus.
• Play every day: season points and progress stack up over the whole period.
• Aim for a high spot in the Overall Position (the top 15 get rewarded) or for tier 100 of the Battlepass if you want a badge.
• Don't save your big moves for the last day; steady progress beats a final sprint.
