Marketplace Update: Sell Your Gear, New Case Drops, and a Bunch of Fixes

We pushed a pretty big update this week, so here's the rundown of what's different.
Marketplace now handles weapons, equipment and planes
Up to now the Marketplace only covered vehicles, businesses, drugs, workers and a few other categories: weapons and gear had no way to change hands between players at all. That's fixed. You can now list any weapon, piece of equipment, or plane you own. Selling weapons and clothing/armor are two separate categories, so when you list one you first pick what kind of item it is (e.g. gloves, shoes) and then the specific piece from your inventory. Every listing shows the real photo, condition and stats, and the system won't let a buyer pick up a second copy of something they already own.
Legendary gear moved off the Black Market
Legendary-tier weapons and armor can no longer be bought outright on the Black Market. From now on the only ways to get one are forging it in the Forge, or pulling it from a case. Mythic gear was already locked behind cases and stays exactly the same. Vehicles and planes aren't affected by this: Legendary rides and aircraft are still up for sale like before.
Cases got a real overhaul
We reworked how case rewards are picked. The ★ special pull (now called the Mystic Special Item: the old name didn't really capture what it is) used to lean heavily toward gear. Now it's genuinely a toss-up between mythic weapons/armor, mythic vehicles, mythic planes, and mythic tuning parts: any of them can come up. On top of that, the regular (non-★) case tiers can now also hand out vehicles and tuning parts, not just clothing and weapons like before. Cases are worth opening even outside of the jackpot pull now.
Other changes
• Bank page: added quick-amount buttons (10K/100K/1M/10M) for depositing and withdrawing, so you don't have to type the same numbers every time.
• Murder Rank promotions were quietly not paying out a real reward: that's fixed, every rank-up now gives cash, ammo, power and (at higher ranks) respect, diamonds and a vault code.
• Your two starting looks can no longer be accidentally sold or dismantled from your inventory.
• Crime arrests should happen a bit less often now: you'll still get caught sometimes, that's the job, but the odds have eased up slightly.
• Marketplace listings for weapons/equipment/planes occasionally showed up as "Unknown" with no photo: that's fixed, everything displays correctly now.
